NT Image offers individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the User) to enter into this contract of public offer (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) for the provision of hairstyle and makeup recording services under the conditions specified in this Contract. Joining this Agreement will be considered to be made through conclusive actions: confirmation of the order through the website, by e-mail or through any other means of communication, which confirms the User's agreement with the terms of the offer. In case of disagreement with the terms of this Agreement, the conclusion of the agreement is not possible.

 

         1. DEFINITION OF CONCEPTS

1.1 The NT Image platform is a website located at nimage.online, which provides information about hairstyle and makeup services, as well as allows you to order these services online.

1.2 Session – a certain period of time during which the Contractor provides the User with hairstyle or makeup recording services in accordance with the ordered package.

1.3 Service package – a predefined set of services and other additional services indicated on the website.

1.4 Tariffs – price offers for each package of services, which are available on the website or in advertising materials.

1.5 Personal account – a section on the website where the User can view information about his orders, access his online lessons.

 

         2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1 The Contractor undertakes to provide the User with hairstyle and/or makeup recording services in accordance with the selected service package, and the User undertakes to accept and pay for these services under the terms of this offer.

 

         3. CONTRACT CONCLUSION PROCEDURE

3.1 The contract is concluded on the terms of the joining contract and is considered concluded from the moment the User accepts this public offer by ordering services.

         4. PRICE OF SERVICES AND PROCEDURE OF CALCULATIONS

4.1 The price of the services is determined according to the service package chosen by the User and is indicated on the relevant web page.

4.2 Payments for services are made by prepayment through the website or using other means of payment indicated on the website.

 

         5. PROCEDURE AND TERMS OF PROVISION OF SERVICES

5.1 Services are provided at the place and time agreed between the Parties when ordering the service.

 

        6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1 The Contractor undertakes to provide services in accordance with the terms of this offer and the User's requirements specified in the order.

6.2 The user undertakes to pay for the selected services in accordance with the terms of this offer.

 

         7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

7.1 All rights to photographs and video materials created as part of the provision of services belong to the User. The performer has the right to use them in his portfolio only with the User's permission.

 

        8. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

8.1 The parties are responsible for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations under the terms of this Agreement.

 

        9. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

9.1 In case of disputes, the Parties will try to resolve them through negotiations.

 

        10. DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT

10.1 The Agreement is valid until the Parties fully fulfill their obligations.

 

        11. OTHER TERMS

11.1 The Contractor has the right to change the terms of this Agreement with prior notice to the User. This Agreement is a public offer. The terms of the offer are considered accepted by the User from the moment he takes actions that confirm his consent.
